The rules for using ThoughtScribe.

Using ThoughtScribe
- You may use ThoughtScribe only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms.
- You are responsible for your account, your uploaded content, and activity that occurs through your account.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your login credentials secure.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the images, notes, and other content you upload to ThoughtScribe.
- You grant ThoughtScribe permission to host, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from your content as needed to provide and improve the service.
- You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process your content.
AI outputs
- ThoughtScribe uses AI systems to extract, summarize, organize, and generate digital replicas from uploaded content.
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
- ThoughtScribe is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content or use the service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, invades privacy, or harms others.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, access another user's data, reverse engineer the service, disrupt service operations, or use ThoughtScribe to create malware, abuse, spam, or deceptive content.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk or violates these Terms.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
- Paid plans, usage allowances, and credit costs are shown in the product or checkout flow.
- Payments and subscription management are handled by a third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
- You can cancel through the account billing controls when available. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, paid fees are non-refundable and access continues through the paid billing period.
Service availability
- We aim to provide a reliable service, but ThoughtScribe may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed from time to time.
- We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, including AI models, usage limits, pricing, and supported file types.
Intellectual property
- ThoughtScribe, its software, design, branding, and service content are owned by ThoughtScribe or its licensors.
- These Terms do not transfer ownership of ThoughtScribe intellectual property to you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- ThoughtScribe is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, ThoughtScribe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
- Continuing to use ThoughtScribe after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
